  • There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

  • You may cancel your subscription to BeyondChats at any time. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your paid billing term.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as a service malfunction or other significant issues attributable to BeyondChats, we may consider granting a partial or full refund. Such refunds are at the sole discretion of BeyondChats and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
