Welcome to BeyondChats. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using BeyondChats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Service Provided:

• BeyondChats offers chatbot services to businesses for lead generation, customer insights, analytics and communication purposes. Our platform enables businesses to engage with end-users through AI-automated as well as human-to-human chat interactions.

2. Account Security:

• Businesses using our chatbot are directly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of end-users’ account information. Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of your account so we can convey the same to the relevant businesses.

3. Content Responsibility:

• End-users are solely responsible for any content that they create, transmit, or display while using BeyondChats’ services. You retain ownership and any intellectual property rights in your User Content.
• BeyondChats reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, at any time, with notice, for any reason.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BeyondChats and its licensors.
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BeyondChats.

5. Prohibited Conduct:

• You are prohibited from engaging in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive. Any misuse of the Service may result in the termination of your access to the Service.

6. Modifications to the Service:

• BeyondChats reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof).
• The users will be informed if any of the changes concern them.

7. Privacy Policy:

8. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

• Our services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and are non-refundable.
• There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:

• The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. BeyondChats makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• In no event will BeyondChats, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from users’ access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
